SUNDAY / WEEKLY RESET

The question behind this guide
“How do you
make your videos?”
There’s a lot happening before the edit.
I collect questions, save references, talk through what I’m working on, and turn that raw material into a weekly plan. Then I give the editing tools a clear job and review what actually landed.
This handbook makes that process usable: what to collect, what to tell the AI, what to check yourself, and what to carry into next Sunday.

Path 01 / Work at your own pace
The Content System
A practical handbook with the working files beside it.
Build a useful context bank
Turn voice notes, meeting takeaways, audience questions and saved Reels into raw material you can actually use. Keep sources and permission boundaries clear.
Plan your week on Sunday
A structured brain dump, a realistic publishing plan, and a way to choose ideas by audience need, available evidence and production effort.
Brief the edit with specificity
Write a clear hook and storyboard. Define the visible explanation, narration rules, visual treatment and deliverables without micromanaging every animation.
Make next week better
Review posts at comparable ages, separate creative problems from delivery problems, and turn one useful lesson into a repeatable prompt improvement.
Inside your download
- A 22-page PDF handbook
- 12 copy-and-adapt prompts
- Editable weekly content planner (CSV)
- Weekly review and experiment tracker (CSV)
- A worked example from idea to review
- A start-here checklist

Try one piece of the system
Specific about
the right things.
You don’t need to prescribe every keyframe. You do need to tell the editor what the viewer should understand, what must stay intact, and how success will be checked.
Illustrative example. Adapt it to your footage and tools.
“Make this look professional. Add captions and some cool animations.”
The editor has to guess the explanation, the constraints and what matters most.
“The viewer should understand why a bottleneck limits the whole process.
Keep the complete narration and timing. During the explanation, show a full-frame flow diagram where work visibly queues at the slow step.
Use short labels and readable captions. Write the storyboard, check the timing, then build. Review twice for clarity and overlap. Deliver separate platform exports and a voice-only master.”
Outcome → constraints → visible mechanism → checks → deliverables.
A good fit if…
You have the knowledge.
You want a repeatable process.
This will help you
- Make educational, founder or behind-the-scenes content.
- Organize scattered ideas and references.
- Give AI tools and editors better instructions.
- Learn from each week instead of starting over.
Know what you’re buying
- A written workflow and editable files, not a video course.
- Examples you adapt, not finished videos for your business.
- A process that still needs your judgment and fact-checking.
- No promised follower count, revenue or viral result.

Reaching out about work, hiring or a collaboration?
Use the relevant business contact or application route. You do not need to buy a call or the handbook to be considered for a role. Paid consulting is optional and has no influence on hiring decisions.
Before you choose
A few useful details.
What tools does the handbook cover?
The workflow covers context collection, AI-assisted planning, prompt writing, storyboarding, video production and review. Examples refer to tools in my process, including Instagram, Granola and HyperFrames. You can adapt the planning and review templates to your own tools. Paid subscriptions, model credits, licensed media and installation support are not included.
Do I need to know how to code?
You can use the planning, source intake and review methods without coding. The more advanced editing workflow uses an AI coding agent and a local video project. Start with the written process and use the editing tools you can maintain comfortably.
How do I receive the handbook?
A successful purchase unlocks the download bundle through Linktree. The bundle contains the handbook and editable text and CSV files. You can read it on a computer and import the planners into your preferred spreadsheet tool.
Will the handbook be updated every week?
You are buying the edition described on this page. The handbook teaches the weekly improvement loop; the purchase does not promise weekly releases, lifetime updates or ongoing personal support.
What should I bring to a call?
One clear question, a short description of your situation, and at most one relevant link or example. Choose content/workflow, career/student perspective, or founder/project questions when booking. This is a focused conversation, not a full channel audit or a done-for-you editing session.
Can students book? Is this a hiring interview?
Students are welcome to book for perspective and questions about my path. A paid call is not a recruiting interview, application review or job referral. Paying does not give you preference for a role, and applying never requires payment.
Can I reschedule or get a refund?
The handbook comes with a full refund when requested within seven days of purchase. For calls, cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead; later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. If I cancel, you can choose a refund or new time. Read the purchase details.
